This Image of Luang Phor Pae
was made during the "Lent Season" - where monks have to
stay at the temple for three month as the rain fall (Annual Raining
Season retreat).
Believed that monks while going out for 'alm' will not step into small living things wandering out to find food as the rain flooded their hiding place. It was made and consecrated in year B.E. 2512 known as Tri-maak Phim Daek (Crack-mould, note on the top Right-Hand), made and consecrated by Luang Phor Pae. |
